Return Policy

We have a 30-day online return policy.  Online purchases are eligible for refund via method of original payment if returned within 30 days of receiving your order.  

After 30 days it will be eligible for STORE CREDIT only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  No item with deodorant or make up stains, cigarette smell, perfume, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or greater are FINAL SALE.

If you send back a FINAL SALE item, return outside of the 30-day time frame, or return non eligible item, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Once we've received your item, please allow us 1-3 days to process the return for store credit. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please include detail and a picture to ensure faster processing times.  Color variations due to photography lighting and computer monitor resolution are not considered damages.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
